Thank you for visiting and shopping at Dragon Imports & Collectibles. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

 

All orders are processed within 2-3 full business days.  With 3 to 5 days projected shipping, an order should arrive to you in 5 to 8 business days (all things normal).  Please keep in mind that this can be extended during holidays or if a natural disaster effects our area/shipping times.  

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially around US sales holidays), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will post on social media or contact you via email or telephone provided in the order if direct contact is needed.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or undeliverable items

Dragon Imports & Collectibles ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 

Dragon Imports & Collectibles is not liable for orders that are not able to be delivered due to ineligibility of the provided address or incorrect information supplied.  Please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim if the item is not deliverable to the address provided.

If an item needs to be redelivered due to the above, a 2nd charge for reshipment will be invoiced.  If an item under these circumstances is approved for refund, we will not refund the initial shipping cost.  

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Dragon Imports & Collectibles is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

Dragon Imports & Collectibles is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim as all items are shipped with carrier insurance.  It is a good idea to provide pictures with the claim to expedite the process.  

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.



Order cancelation

We reserve the right to cancel orders. 

We may cancel an order with what we determine to be an excessive order quantity even if a limit is not posted in the description.  This website is intended for personal use and not wholesale, which is why flat rate shipping is offered.  If you wish to wholesale an item we have in stock, please contact us via dragon.imports.tx@gmail.com for custom shipping and invoice information.  

 

International Shipping Policy
