In-store Pickup Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Dragon Imports & Collectibles. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our In-store Pickup Policy.


***Due to Public Health warnings by the CDC, this is subject to change without notice***
Our current pickup hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 12:15pm to 6pm only.  We will continue monitoring the situation and adjust as public health recommendations dictate.  See below for normal policy:

In-store pickup is only available to customers who can physically pick up from our physical location (in San Antonio Texas) and only available during the following hours:

Tuesday to Saturday - 12:15pm to 6pm
Sunday & Monday - Store Closed (No pickup hours available) 

Please allow for the pickup notification to be sent before visiting the instore location.  Orders without this notification may not be packed, and will result in a delay if picked up before marked as ready.  If there's any confusion on the status of the order, please contact us anytime.  

Store will be closed on most major holidays.  If you have a pending pickup, we will do our best to attempt to reach out to notify based on the information supplied.

Holding Time:

After 7 days we will contact the order holder based on the information supplied to see the availability for pickup.  If no response is given or the order is not picked up the next business day after contact is made, the order may be placed in holding indefinitely.

Refunds for instore pickup orders can be provided within the first 30 days (when the order is placed) as long as they have not been claimed.  If an order is not picked up after 30 days, the order may only be exchanged for in-store credit only.  A 10% restocking fee applies to items exchanged for in-store credit. In-store credit can not be applied to online orders and may only be used at the physical location checkout.
